Hikmah #101
“All of the actions of the children of Adam are for themselves except fasting, it is for God and God rewards for it. That is because only God alone can measure whether the soul has reached the peak of fasting, which is fanafillah (egoless). Even angels could not measure the degree of fanafillah (egolessness) of someone. That is why all of the actions of the children of Adam are for themselves except fasting, it is for God and God directly gives reward for it.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“Verily, Allah is the AllKnower of the unseen of the heavens and the earth. Verily! He is the AllKnower of that is in the breasts (hearts-souls).”
( Surat Fatir verse 38 )
( QS Fathir ayat ke-38 )
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said:
“Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says: ‘Fasting is Mine and it is I Who give reward for it. [A man] gives up his sexual passion, his food and his drink for My sake.’ Fasting is like a shield, and he who fasts has two joys: a joy when he breaks his fast and a joy when he “meets” his Lord (in the state of fanafillah/egolessness). The change in the breath of the mouth of him who fasts is better in Allah’s estimation than the smell of musk.”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad (SAW) [Saheeh al-Bukhari, also related by Muslim, Malik, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah).
Hikmah #102
“Fanafillah liberates the soul from ego and it is more refreshing than clear mountain air refreshes the senses.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“And it is He who spread the earth and placed therein firmly set mountains and rivers; and from all of the fruits He made therein two mates; He causes the night to cover the day. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.”
( Surat Ar-Ra’d verse 3 )
( QS Ar-Ra’d ayat ke-3 )
“Amongst those in Heaven, the greatest in the sight of God, are those who reflect upon the Divine beauty and greatness of God, day and night”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad SallAllahu a’layhi wa-sallam [Al-Tirmidhi: 2556]
Hikmah #103

~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]

( QS Al-Baqarah ayat ke-269 )
“The Prophet (peace and blessings upon him) said: “Every Muslim has to give in charity.” The people asked, “O Allah’s Prophet! If someone has nothing to give, what will he do?” He said, “He should work with his hands and benefit himself and also give in charity (from what he earns).” The people further asked, “If he cannot find even that?” He replied, “He should help the needy who appeal for help.” Then the people asked, “If he cannot do that?” He replied, “Then he should perform good deeds and keep away from evil deeds and this will be regarded as charitable deeds.”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad SallAllahu a’layhi wa-sallam [narrated by Abu Burda (ra) from his father from his grandfather in the Al-Jaami’ al-Sahih al-Musnad al-Mukhtasar min Umur Rasool by Imam Al Bukhari]
Hikmah #105
“The heart, mind, soul and body will work in full harmony
like water, air, fire and soil working in harmony in this universe
if and ONLY IF the soul is pure from ego! Why? Because in that state,
all four only serve one Lord, one Master, One God.
In that state there is no god for the four but GOD alone.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
Mengapa? Karena dalam kondisi itu,
Keempat-empatnya hanya melayani satu Tuhan, satu Pemilik, Tuhan Yang Esa.
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“He is the Ever Living, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshiped but He), so invoke Him making your worship pure for Him Alone (by worshiping Him Alone, and NOT for the ego and none other else). All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the A’lamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).”
( Surat Ghafir verse 65 )
( QS Ghafir ayat ke-65 )
“Narrated Abu Hurayra (ra): Allah’s Apostle (SAW) said: “Whoever establishes prayers during the nights of Ramadan faithfully out of sincere faith and hoping to attain Allah’s rewards (not for showing off), all his past sins will be forgiven.”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad (SAW) [Saheeh Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 36]
Hikmah #106

~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]

~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
Hikmah #107
“Religion is very easy for those who are fanafillah (egoless) because they worship no one but GOD – the Ultimate LOVE – alone.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“Narrated Abu Hurayra (ra): The Prophet (SAW) said, “Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshiping in the mornings, the nights.”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad (SAW) [Saheeh Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 38]
Hikmah #108
“A person is still worshiping his ego unless he has become fanafillah. Fanafillah is leaving the ego totally behind and be completely absorbed only in God’s Will. In fanafillah there is no more the will of the Ego, but the Will of GOD only flowing/manifests completely through the heart, soul, mind and body of His servant. Fanafillah is the total manifestation of “There is no god but God alone, without partner” in every breath, thoughts, actions, gestures and overall life.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“He is the Ever Living, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshiped but He), so invoke Him making your worship pure for Him Alone (by worshiping Him Alone, and NOT for the ego and none other else). “Narrated Mu’adh bin Jabal (ra): The Prophet (SAW) said, “O Mu’adh! Do you know what Allah’s Right upon His slaves is?” I said, “Allah and His Apostle know best.” The Prophet (SAW) said, “To worship Him (Allah) Alone and to join none in worship with Him (Allah). Do you know what their right upon Him is?” I replied, “Allah and His Apostle know best.” The Prophet (SAW) said, “Not to punish them (if they do so).”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad (SAW) [Saheeh Bukhari Volume 9, Book 93, Number 470]
Hikmah #109
“Nurture your soul always with Unconditional Love, then it will become bit by bit humble, then truthful, then sincere, then zuhud and then fanafillah (egoless in the presence of Allah) smoothly and easily.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“And they were commanded not, but that they should worship Allah, and worship none (NOT the ego nor other else) but Him Alone (abstaining from ascribing partners to Him), and uphold prayers and give Zakat: and that is the right religion.”
( Surat Al-Bayyinah verse 5 )
( QS Al-Bayyinah ayat ke-5 )
Hikmah #110
“The real power of the words to affect hearts and souls
Does NOT lay in the power of the mind
BUT lay in the “Power of the Heart”
And the “Power of the Heart” exists because of the
“Pure Unconditional Love” to God.
Noble Heart affects the Soul to become noble
Noble Soul affects the Mind to become noble
Noble Mind affects the Tongue to speak nobly
and affects man to act nobly and live honorably
So, before reform the others and the whole world community,
reform your action and your Life first!
And before reform your action and your Life,
first at all reform your heart through
“Pure Unconditional Love” to God
And no one have a “Pure Unconditional” Love to God
without being humble, truthful, sincere, zuhud and
fanafillah (i.e. egoless in the presence of God) before;
May Allah forgive me and bless you.
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
Kalbu Luhur mempengaruhi Jiwa menjadi luhur-mulia
Jiwa Luhur mempengaruhi Pikiran menjadi luhur-mulia
(yaitu: hilangnya kehendak ego pribadi dalam hadirat Allah selalu);
Semoga Allah mengampuni saya dan merahmati kalian.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“Follow those who ask no reward of you (for themselves), and they are [rightly] guided.”
( Surat YaaSiin verse 21 )
( QS. YaaSiin, ayat ke-21 )
Hikmah #111
“Beautify your heart through fanafillah (egoless in God’s presence). And when the heart is beautiful, then that Beauty will shine and spread out blessings through your smile, through your gaze, through your touch, through your words, through your work, through your service, through your all daily life. At those moments you are not only Beauty but also Love and Blessing itself.”
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (Moharram 5, 1395AH – )
[In Bahasa]
~ Yos Wiyoso Hadi (5 Muharam 1395H – )
“And know that, among you there is the Messenger of Allah (SAW). If he were to obey you (i.e. follow your opinions and desires) in much of the matter, you would surely be in trouble, but Allah has endeared the Faith to you and has beautified it in your hearts, and has made disbelief, wickedness and disobedience (to Allah and His Messenger SAW) hateful to you. These! They are the rightly guided ones.”
( Surat Al-Hujurat verse 7 )
( QS. Al-Hujurat, ayat ke-7 )
“When a man asked the prophet, may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him, “O Messenger of Allah, when will the Day of Judgment be?”, the Prophet (SAW) replied, “What have you prepared for it?” he said, “I have not prepared for it a great deal of prayer, fasting nor charity, but I LOVE Allah and His Messenger intensely,” the Prophet (SAW) said, “You will be with those whom you LOVE.”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad SallAllahu a’layhi wa-sallam (Sahih Bukhari)
