Narrated Abdullah (ra): I visited the Prophet during his ailments and he was suffering from a high fever. I said, “You have a high fever. Is it because you will have a double reward for it?” He said, “Yes, for no believer is afflicted with any harm but that Allah will remove his sins as the leaves of a tree fall down.”
~ Sayyidina Muhammad (SWS) [Sahih Al-Bukhari Volume 7, Book 70 #550]
“No doubt! Verily, the Awliya’ of Allah there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. Those who believed and were fearing Allah. For them are glad tidings, in the life of the present world (i.e. righteous dream seen by the person himself or shown to others), and in the Hereafter. No change can there be in the Words of Allah, this is indeed the supreme success.”
( Surat Yuunus verse 62-64 )
